Orders & Payment
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line shop and
click on to the products you would like to order and put them into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout"
and you will be asked how you would like to pay

All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the
right to alter prices.
shipping is  via Parcel  force and Royal Mail and will probably require a
signature on delivery so please make sure the delivery address is one where
someone can sign for the order. For Ireland, orders are sent via Royal Mail,
you can expect to receive your order within a few days of placing it,
depending on the time of year.

Postage costs are  £4.95 per address for uk and Ireland. overseas please add
£9.95 per address.

We use Surface Mail (or for smaller packages your order may be sent by air
mail ) orders can take up to 10 weeks to arrive.

We process orders constantly and try to dispatch all orders the same day
If your order has not arrived within 1 week of placing the order, please
contact us.

Out of Stock Products
We aim to ensure that all the products for sale are in stock, but in the
unlikely event of an item being out of stock,we will contact you.
 Alternatively, if there is a similar product available, we reserve the
right to substitute this for the product ordered.

Ingredient Information
Due to the nature of the manufacture of our products and the number of
suppliers we use, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of
nuts, free of gelatine, free of whey powder, cocoa powder, and certain 'E'
numbers. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you
do require any specific information about a certain products, contact the
food standards agency  or contact us directly and we will do our best to
help.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases, but if
you are not, then please return the products within 7 days of receipt, to:

Please enclose your contact details, the invoice associated with the product
and details of the problem.
Please note: we do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in
perfect condition - we can not accept responsibility for the climatic
conditions experienced once the product has left the shop.

Missing Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive, please can you
inform the shop within one month of the date of the order for us to
investigate the problem.

Privacy Policy
Any information we may ask you for i.e. telephone number, your postal and
email address, we will never give this information to anyone without your
permission.
Chocca operates within the guidelines set out by the U.K. Data Protection
Act (1998). Credit card details will not be kept after the completion of
each order.

We can assure you that your security and personal information is secure and
safe.
